This wall-mounted master controller can manage up to 8 heat pumps, providing reliable capacity control with options for 0-10V BMS adjustment or internal sensor-based control.
With a compact build, IP55 rating, and features like sequencing and defrost management, it ensures efficient heating operations, minimising downtime and maintaining peak performance during frost cycles. Ideal for complex heating setups, the Acer panel is a robust solution for centralised heat pump management.

- Defrost Cycle Management for Peak Efficiency: Incorporates a hot gas defrost function, maintaining system capacity by isolating pumps for defrost in intervals, with a buffer vessel sized to store 30 minutes’ peak kW output.
- Fail-Safe System Health Monitoring: Includes a volt-free, fail-safe health relay contact (250VAC / 24VDC, 10A resistive) for real-time system health updates to the BMS.
- Compact and Durable Design: Measures 800mm x 600mm x 200mm and weighs 34 kg, with an IP55 rating for robust, indoor use.

To give our heat pumps customers complete peace of mind. Following installation, commissioning and a 6 month run-in period the actual performance will be assessed against predicted performance. If the heat pump does not meet the guaranteed performance we will refund the cost of the heat pump and remove it from site.
