The Clade team recognise that simply manufacturing, installing and handing over an item of plant or completed system is no longer enough. As such, we guarantee customers’ peace of mind for the long term through our comprehensive after sales support package. We’ll be there when you need us throughout a system’s life cycle.

Our support services include commissioning engineer attendance, 24/7 service engineering support and access to Clade’s technical helpdesk, ensuring full aftercare is available during the products’ warranty period and beyond.

We offer varying warranty packages from twelve months to extended warranties of several years, these being dependant on the customers’ requirements. In addition, and as customers would expect, upgrades to software which can further enhance energy saving form part of the extended warranty package. Clade stocks all parts that may be required for the life cycle of any item of plant supplied.
