We work closely with M&E consultants, providing technical guidance and product expertise to support system design, specification and integration, while taking into account the building, application and specific project requirements.
Here’s what our typical process looks like:
Consultation and Site Survey
We work with you to get to know the building, its energy needs, and the existing system.
Our engineers will conduct a thorough site survey and consult with you extensively to make sure they understand your priorities, specifications, and any particular challenges.
At this stage, we’re gathering comprehensive data to inform every aspect of the design.
Planning and System Design
Our engineers use information gathered during the site survey, alongside your project requirements, to provide technical input and guidance in support of your system design.
Depending on the project, we can assist with considerations such as heating and plant layouts, pipe and pump sizing, equipment selection and controls strategy, working alongside your team throughout the design process.
Our advice considers energy efficiency, system performance and alignment with the building specification, helping you develop a solution that meets the requirements of the project.
Supporting your design through to installation
As your design progresses, our engineers can provide technical input on equipment selection and specification, helping you finalise equipment lists and emitter schedules.
Where our installation service is required, our installation team works to the consultant’s agreed design and project specifications, helping ensure the specified equipment is correctly installed and integrated within the building.
Commissioning and Ongoing Support
After installation, we won’t leave until we’re sure the system is working properly and the relevant people are confident using it.
We’ll conduct a full system check, provide a walk-through, and explain the system’s maintenance needs.
But our service doesn’t stop at handover. Our experts will remain available to help with system adjustments, technical queries and ongoing support when it’s needed.
Heat Pump Design
