Staff give up their time to help local Scout Hut

Staff at A1 Engineering Solutions have been busy keeping their pledge to help the local community.

Our MD Dean Frost offered help to staff at the Co-op store in Hanham High Street for any local projects they may have and Jane Stokes got in touch to say that they would appreciate our help with a project at the 159th St Aidan’s Scouts in St Georges.

The A1 team, based at the Bristol office, spent a day repairing and painting the large hall, kitchen and toilet areas and employed Electricians to update much needed switches and lights.  We also found time to clear the overgrowth outside the Scout Hut and re-paint the outside.

As you can see from the photo, the A1 team got stuck in and very messy but were very happy to work for such a worthwhile local project and we hope the Beavers and Scouts enjoy the new look.
